Scope

These terms apply to:

• The GIXSOFT website at gixsoft.com
• GIXSOFT apps distributed through official app stores and other supported distribution channels
• Future GIXSOFT digital products referenced from this site

Website use

When using gixsoft.com, you agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith
• Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, its hosting, or security
• Provide accurate information when submitting the About page contact form
• Understand that links to app stores, email clients, or other external services are governed by those providers' terms

Apps

When you install or use a GIXSOFT app:

• The terms and policies of the applicable app store or distribution platform also apply to downloads, updates, and purchases
• Each app's store listing or product page describes features, permissions, and any in-app purchases or ads
• Apps marked as in development on gixsoft.com are not yet publicly available unless stated otherwise on an official store listing

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GIXSOFT apps or the website, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the services for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You are responsible for content you create or store through GIXSOFT apps, including notes, attachments, reminders, and similar items. For offline-first apps, content is primarily stored on your device. If you enable optional sync, backup, sign-in, or other connected services in a supported app, you are also responsible for content processed through those features.

Connected accounts and cloud features

If you enable sign-in, cloud backup, sync, or similar integrations in a GIXSOFT app, your use of those features is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers. You control whether to connect an account and can revoke access in that provider's account settings or in the app. Content you store with a third-party provider remains under that provider's terms in addition to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases offered through an app store or other payment platform are processed by that platform and are subject to its payment terms. Refunds and subscription management are handled according to the applicable platform policies unless a product-specific notice states otherwise.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

Where offered, monthly and annual plans provide access to the premium features described on the applicable purchase screen for the selected billing period. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, trial or introductory terms, and applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless you cancel them through the applicable store or billing platform before renewal, subject to the renewal terms shown there
• The store or billing platform processes subscription charges. A failed, declined, reversed, or refunded payment may cause premium access to be suspended or ended
• You may manage or cancel a subscription in the applicable store or account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves premium access available until the end of the already-paid billing period
• Uninstalling an app, clearing its data, disconnecting a linked account, or requesting deletion of a GIXSOFT account does not automatically cancel a store subscription
• Unless required by applicable law or store policy, cancellation does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining portion of a billing period
• If subscription pricing changes, notice and any required consent will be handled through the applicable store or billing platform before the changed price applies, in accordance with that platform's policies

Trial and introductory offers, where available, are governed by the terms shown on the purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid recurring plan at the disclosed price. Product features may evolve, but we will not intentionally misrepresent the material benefits included with a paid plan.

Lifetime purchases and service availability

When a GIXSOFT product or offer is described as "lifetime," it means the right to use the premium features included in that offer for the supported lifetime of that specific product, feature, or service—not the lifetime of the purchaser and not a guarantee that the product or service will exist forever. Unless a product-specific notice states otherwise, a lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.

• Lifetime access applies only while the relevant product, feature, or service remains available and supported by GIXSOFT
• We will make reasonable efforts to honor the premium entitlement originally included with a lifetime purchase while that product and those features continue to be offered
• It does not guarantee perpetual updates, compatibility with future devices or operating systems, continued availability on an app store, or indefinite operation of third-party or cloud-dependent features
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a product, feature, or service when reasonably necessary because of platform or third-party changes, legal or regulatory requirements, security risks, technical limitations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of a material discontinuation. If a major change materially reduces the core premium benefits of an existing lifetime purchase, we will consider a reasonable transition, replacement benefit, continued access option, or other appropriate support based on the circumstances. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or refund rights available under applicable law or app store policies.

AI features

Some GIXSOFT apps may offer AI-assisted features, such as summarizing your content or other everyday helper tasks. These features run only when you choose to use them.

• AI features are used only to provide the user-facing function you request
• We do not sell content processed by AI features, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles
• We do not use your content to train generalized AI/ML models, and we do not permit AI service providers to train their models on it
• AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete; please review results before relying on them

The AI capabilities available in a given app, if any, are described in that app's store listing or in-app information.

Third-party services and external links

Our services may rely on or link to third parties, including:

• Website hosting, content delivery, security, fonts, and contact-form delivery providers
• App stores and distribution platforms
• Optional sign-in, cloud storage, backup, speech recognition, analytics, advertising, billing, and AI service providers, where enabled in a given product

GIXSOFT is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies. Not every GIXSOFT app uses every category of third-party service.

Descriptions, screenshots, availability, pricing, ratings, and platform support on gixsoft.com may change as products evolve. Live details on an official app store listing take priority for apps available there.

GIXSOFT names, branding, logos, software, artwork, website content, and related materials are owned by GIXSOFT or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission except as allowed by law or an applicable open-source license.

Disclaimer

GIXSOFT services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, GIXSOFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or apps.

Changes

We may update these terms when we change our website, apps, or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page with the last updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
