These terms govern your use of the GIXSOFT website (gixsoft.com) and GIXSOFT mobile apps. Google Play store listings and product-specific notices may provide additional terms where they are more specific.

Scope

These terms apply to:

  • The GIXSOFT website at gixsoft.com
  • GIXSOFT Android apps distributed on Google Play
  • Future GIXSOFT digital products referenced from this site

Website use

When using gixsoft.com, you agree to:

  • Use the site lawfully and in good faith
  • Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, its hosting, or security
  • Provide accurate information when submitting the About page contact form
  • Understand that links to Google Play, email clients, or other external services are governed by those providers' terms

Mobile apps

When you install or use a GIXSOFT app from Google Play:

  • Google Play's terms and policies also apply to downloads, updates, and purchases
  • Each app's store listing describes features, permissions, and any in-app purchases or ads
  • Apps marked as in development on gixsoft.com are not yet publicly available unless stated otherwise on Google Play

Your content

You are responsible for content you create or store through GIXSOFT apps, including notes, attachments, and reminders. For offline-first apps such as QuickNote: Simple Notes, content is primarily stored on your device. If you enable optional sync, backup, or connected services in a supported app, you are also responsible for content processed through those features.

Third-party services and external links

Our services may rely on or link to third parties, including:

  • Website: Cloudflare (hosting), Google Fonts, and FormSubmit.co (contact form delivery)
  • Apps: Google Play and, where enabled in a given app, services such as Google Drive, Google AdMob, or Google Play Billing

GIXSOFT is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Product information

Descriptions, screenshots, availability, pricing, ratings, and platform support on gixsoft.com may change as products evolve. Live app details on Google Play take priority for apps available there.

GIXSOFT services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, GIXSOFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or apps.
