Agreement

By accessing gixsoft.com, installing a GIXSOFT app, or buying a GIXSOFT app or in-app item, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you
• You are responsible for the store account, device, and network you use. Anyone who uses your account or device may be treated as acting for you
• These terms are between you and GIXSOFT. The app store is a separate seller or distributor for downloads, payments, taxes, and refunds that it processes
• If you accept these terms for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization

Scope

These terms apply to:

• The GIXSOFT website at gixsoft.com, including guides, research pages, product pages, and legal pages
• GIXSOFT apps distributed through official app stores and other supported distribution channels
• Paid apps, one-time purchases, subscriptions, and other paid features offered in those apps
• Future GIXSOFT digital products referenced from this site

Notes on this page are part of the terms. Examples are illustrations, not a promise that every app has every feature listed. Only features shown in the store listing or in the app apply to that product.

Website use

When using gixsoft.com, you agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith
• Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site, its hosting, or security
• Provide accurate information when submitting the About page contact form
• Understand that links to app stores, email clients, or other external services are governed by those providers' terms

Apps

When you install or use a GIXSOFT app:

• The terms and policies of the applicable app store or distribution platform also apply to downloads, updates, and purchases
• Each app's store listing or product page describes features, permissions, and any in-app purchases or ads
• Apps marked as in development on gixsoft.com are not yet publicly available unless stated otherwise on an official store listing
• An app may require a network connection, a signed-in store account, or Google Play services for license checks, updates, or optional online features
• We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. You should install official updates. We do not support old versions indefinitely

License

GIXSOFT grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the app for your own use, on devices you control, under the store account that obtained it. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

• The license is to use the app, not to own the software, branding, or content
• A paid download is a license tied to the store account that paid. It is not a transferable file, a resale right, or a right to give the APK to someone else
• Reinstalling on the same store account, including after you uninstall, is use of the same license. It is not a new purchase and it is not a second charge by GIXSOFT
• A different store account does not inherit that license. That account must obtain the app under the store's rules, which may require a new purchase
• We may ask the store, at runtime, whether the signed-in account is licensed. If the check says the account is not licensed, the app may block use
• A refund, chargeback, reversal, or failed payment ends the license for that account. The store decides refunds. We do not promise a refund outside the store's policy or non-waivable law
• Copies that are modified, repackaged, sideloaded without a valid license, or obtained outside an official store are not licensed. We may refuse to run or support them
• We may suspend the license if you breach these terms, if we must do so for security or legal reasons, or if the product is discontinued as described below

Note: the store button (Buy or Install) is controlled by the store from its record of the signed-in account. GIXSOFT does not keep a separate "already downloaded" flag that replaces that record. Same account, install again. Different account, the store may show Buy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GIXSOFT apps or the website. Without limiting that duty, you will not:

• Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights, with the site, an app, or content you store in an app
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or a store account you do not control
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble an app except where a non-waivable law allows it
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with a license check, payment check, usage limit, or security control
• Copy, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publish, or publicly redistribute an app, APK, or GIXSOFT content
• Share your store account so other people can avoid paying for a paid app
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the website or research tools beyond ordinary personal browsing
• Upload malware, or use the services to send spam or deceptive traffic
• Misrepresent your identity when you contact us, request deletion, or seek a refund

We may investigate misuse and suspend access, withhold support, or report unlawful activity where we reasonably believe it is necessary. We are not obligated to monitor user content.

Your content

You are responsible for content you create or store through GIXSOFT apps, including notes, attachments, reminders, and similar items. For offline-first apps, content is primarily stored on your device. If you enable optional sync, backup, sign-in, or other connected services in a supported app, you are also responsible for content processed through those features.

Connected accounts and cloud features

If you enable sign-in, cloud backup, sync, or similar integrations in a GIXSOFT app, your use of those features is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers. You control whether to connect an account and can revoke access in that provider's account settings or in the app. Content you store with a third-party provider remains under that provider's terms in addition to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Paid apps, subscriptions, and one-time purchases offered through an app store are processed by that store, not by a GIXSOFT checkout. Price, tax, currency, receipts, and refunds follow that store's terms unless a product-specific notice or non-waivable law says otherwise.

• You must review the price and what it includes on the purchase screen before you confirm
• Paying once on a store account licenses that account. Uninstalling does not create a new charge, and it also does not transfer the purchase to another account
• GIXSOFT does not receive or store your full payment-card number. The store does
• A purchase does not include future apps, future paid features, or custom development unless the purchase screen says so
• If a payment fails, is refunded, or is charged back, paid access may stop. We may rely on the store's status rather than your screenshot or a copied APK
• Billing disputes, duplicate charges, and refund requests must be raised with the store that charged you. We will help identify the app and package name when you contact us, but we cannot force the store to refund
• Promotional prices, regional prices, and taxes can differ. A price shown on gixsoft.com may be out of date. The store listing controls

Note: "buy, then download" means the store will not offer the app to an account that has not purchased it. It does not mean the file itself is locked forever. The app may still refuse to run if the signed-in account has no valid license.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

Where offered, monthly and annual plans provide access to the premium features described on the applicable purchase screen for the selected billing period. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, trial or introductory terms, and applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless you cancel them through the applicable store or billing platform before renewal, subject to the renewal terms shown there
• The store or billing platform processes subscription charges. A failed, declined, reversed, or refunded payment may cause premium access to be suspended or ended
• You may manage or cancel a subscription in the applicable store or account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves premium access available until the end of the already-paid billing period
• Uninstalling an app, clearing its data, disconnecting a linked account, or requesting deletion of a GIXSOFT account does not automatically cancel a store subscription
• Unless required by applicable law or store policy, cancellation does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining portion of a billing period
• If subscription pricing changes, notice and any required consent will be handled through the applicable store or billing platform before the changed price applies, in accordance with that platform's policies

Trial and introductory offers, where available, are governed by the terms shown on the purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid recurring plan at the disclosed price. Product features may evolve, but we will not intentionally misrepresent the material benefits included with a paid plan.

Lifetime purchases and service availability

When a GIXSOFT product or offer is described as "lifetime," it means the right to use the premium features included in that offer for the supported lifetime of that specific product, feature, or service—not the lifetime of the purchaser and not a guarantee that the product or service will exist forever. Unless a product-specific notice states otherwise, a lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.

• Lifetime access applies only while the relevant product, feature, or service remains available and supported by GIXSOFT
• We will make reasonable efforts to honor the premium entitlement originally included with a lifetime purchase while that product and those features continue to be offered
• It does not guarantee perpetual updates, compatibility with future devices or operating systems, continued availability on an app store, or indefinite operation of third-party or cloud-dependent features
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a product, feature, or service when reasonably necessary because of platform or third-party changes, legal or regulatory requirements, security risks, technical limitations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of a material discontinuation. If a major change materially reduces the core premium benefits of an existing lifetime purchase, we will consider a reasonable transition, replacement benefit, continued access option, or other appropriate support based on the circumstances. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or refund rights available under applicable law or app store policies.

AI features

Some GIXSOFT apps may offer AI-assisted features, such as summarizing your content or other everyday helper tasks. These features run only when you choose to use them.

• AI features are used only to provide the user-facing function you request
• We do not sell content processed by AI features, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles
• We do not use your content to train generalized AI/ML models, and we do not permit AI service providers to train their models on it
• AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete; please review results before relying on them

The AI capabilities available in a given app, if any, are described in that app's store listing or in-app information.

Third-party services and external links

Our services may rely on or link to third parties, including:

• Website hosting, content delivery, security, and fonts
• App stores and distribution platforms
• Optional sign-in, cloud storage, backup, speech recognition, analytics, advertising, billing, and AI service providers, where enabled in a given product

GIXSOFT is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies. Not every GIXSOFT app uses every category of third-party service.

Descriptions, screenshots, availability, pricing, ratings, and platform support on gixsoft.com may change as products evolve. Live details on an official app store listing take priority for apps available there.

Your data on the device

Many GIXSOFT apps are offline-first. Notes, files, clipboard history, and similar content may exist only on your device until you turn on an optional backup. You are responsible for keeping copies that matter to you.

• Uninstalling an app, clearing storage, changing phones, or an operating-system reset can delete local data. That deletion is not a defect and is not a refund event
• We do not promise to recover local data we never received
• Optional cloud backup, where offered, is a convenience. It can fail, be delayed, or be unavailable. It is not an archive, a legal-records service, or a guarantee against loss
• You must not store content in an app if losing it would cause harm you cannot accept

Advertising

gixsoft.com may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense, when advertising is enabled. Some apps may show ads, including through mobile ad SDKs, only where that app's listing says so. A paid offer removes ads only if the purchase screen says it removes ads.

Ad fill, format, and relevance are controlled by the ad provider. Ads are not our advice, offer, or endorsement. Blocking ads with tools you install can break layout or features. We do not owe make-goods for ad blockers.

Beta and experimental features

Features labeled beta, preview, experimental, or similar may be incomplete, may change, and may be removed without notice. They are provided as-is. Do not rely on them for the only copy of important data.

Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant GIXSOFT a right to use them without payment or duty to implement them. We do not accept unsolicited confidential ideas.

Intellectual property

GIXSOFT names, branding, logos, software, artwork, website content, and related materials are owned by GIXSOFT or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission except as allowed by law or an applicable open-source license.

• Store screenshots and listing text are for describing the product. They are not a license to reuse our brand
• Open-source components, if any, stay under their own licenses. Those licenses do not open-source the rest of the app
• You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us only the rights needed to host, back up, display, or process that content when you use a feature that requires it

Suspension and ending access

You may stop using the site or uninstall an app at any time. We may suspend or end access to a feature, app, or site area if you breach these terms, if a store requires it, or if we discontinue the product.

• Ending access does not automatically refund a store purchase. Refunds follow the store
• Ending access does not cancel a store subscription by itself. Cancel in the store
• Provisions that should survive ending access still apply, including license limits, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIXSOFT services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

• Apps are utilities. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice
• AI output, research tables, and guide articles can be incomplete or wrong. You must check anything important before you rely on it
• We do not warrant compatibility with every device, OS version, accessory, or future platform change
• We do not warrant that a paid app will stay on a store, keep its current feature set, or remain updatable forever

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are not waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIXSOFT and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

• Our total liability for a claim about a specific product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product through official channels during the twelve months before the event. If you paid nothing, liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows, which may be zero
• Store charges are collected by the store. A claim about a charge, tax, or refund is against the store's process, not a claim that GIXSOFT holds your card payment
• We are not liable for loss caused by your device, your store account, unofficial copies, third-party services, or your failure to keep backups
• We are not liable for outages, policy changes, or removals by app stores, ad networks, cloud providers, or other third parties

These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that exclusion is prohibited. The limits are a basic part of the bargain. Without them, we would not offer the apps at the listed prices.

General

These additional rules apply:

• If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
• If we do not enforce a provision once, we do not waive it
• You may not assign these terms. We may assign them if we transfer a product or the business
• These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific notice you accept are the entire agreement about the services. They replace earlier website or in-app statements on the same subject
• A translation is for convenience. If it conflicts with the English text published on this page, the English text controls unless a non-waivable law says otherwise
• Force majeure: we are not in breach for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including store outages, platform changes, network failures, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or changes in law

Changes

We may update these terms when we change our website, apps, or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page with the last updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
