AI Document Utility: Scan, Extract, Rename, File — One Pipeline
Document AI is a workflow, not a chatbot. Scan → fields → a sane filename is the job scanners skip.
Simple party games still convert. The job is one round on one phone — not a multiplayer platform.
Pass-the-phone, imposter, and “secret word” games keep finding review oxygen because the setup cost is near zero. Stores and live-ops shooters already exist. A thin party tool is a different job — and it is still Android-shaped (one device, a couch).
This brief is part of the Android problem-space map. It is here so we can measure interest — opens, read depth, and related clicks — before anyone writes an app spec.
What Do You Meme / Heads Up-class, Telegram games, a deck of cards, someone opening a web app that needs five logins. Groups abandon at the invite link.
Jackbox-class (TV), Heads Up, Among Us-adjacent social, web party clones. Platforms own accounts. Couches own no signup.
One round type, offline, huge type, a single phone passed around. Packs as cheap IAP, not energy. No chat. No kids-deceptive ads. Localization of the word list is the content moat (see local-language productivity).
Playtest with eight people and a dead Wi-Fi. If anyone opens another app to “just log in,” you lost. Measure completed rounds, not DAU theory. Play policy on ads in games is unforgiving — keep the listing honest: casual party, not a live-service.
